Sarah Haidar

Sarah Haidar is a ports and maritime professional with more than 20 years of experience in Project Management
specifically in port operations, terminal management, and
major infrastructure projects across the Middle East, the
Gulf, and Africa. She was the Terminal Manager at the Beirut Container Terminal and throughout her career she has managed large teams and led complex greenfield and
brownfield developments and strategic initiatives, including
projects with the World Bank, Royal Haskoning, NEOM Port and other international players within the industry. Sarah is a PMI-certified professional in Managing AI.
She has been committed to industry leadership and
collaboration, holding a leadership role within WISTA UAE’s Events and Marketing Committee until February 2026, and served as a mentor and ambassador for the Maritime SheEO Community.
